Although custom-made insoles are exempt from the standard right of return, ZOLES® voluntarily offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.
Returned insoles will be refunded minus €20 to cover responsible disposal of the product.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds are made to the original payment card as soon as possible.
ZOLES® reserves the right to refuse service to customers who repeatedly misuse the return policy.
Shipping costs and the price of consultation (in a physical clinic) are not refunded.
The customer is responsible for all costs related to returning the parcel to ZOLES international ApS.
The amount will be refunded to the cardholder’s card as soon as possible and within 10 business days.
ZOLES reserves the right to exclude customers who abuse our returns policy and to quarantine the customer for 90 days.
In addition, the Danish Consumer Contracts Act applies.
