With ZOLES’ web-based solution, your mobile phone becomes a precise 3D scanner that measures and maps your feet in just minutes – right at home. You receive a clear and simple foot analysis showing, for example, fallen forefoot, inflammation of the plantar fascia, or whether your child has symptoms of Sever’s disease.
Our technology is the first in the world to deliver a biomechanical foot analysis using nothing but a normal mobile phone.
ZOLES insoles are registered as custom-made medical devices
ZOLES custom-made orthotic insoles are officially registered as custom-made medical devices and manufactured in accordance with the strict requirements of the EU MDR regulation; 2017/745.
This ensures documented safety, high precision and full traceability throughout the process. The registration with the Danish Medicines Agency is your assurance that our technology, materials and production meet the highest medical standards.
3D printed insoles
ZOLES insoles are produced using advanced 3D printers that build each insole in flexible and durable TPU. 3D printing allows us to shape every support zone precisely to your measurements – resulting in a lighter, stronger and more personalised insole than traditional manufacturing methods.
After printing, a durable microfiber cover is added, which is both antibacterial and comfortable.
