Our feet go through a ton of micro and macro movements each day, we put undue stress on them by standing for hours without a break in between, play high-impact sports or we wear poorly fitting shoes or they just generally go through the wear and tear that comes with age and use- sometimes an issue becomes so pronounced it becomes hard to ignore.

Tired achy feet
Anyone can get sore, achy and tired feet. The problem with tired, achy feet is that it keeps you from moving at your best. It can even affect your mood and may lead to more serious foot issues.
The insoles can help by providing shock absorption and distribute the stress of your body weight along the length and breadth of your foot.
Pain in the arch
Pain in the arch caused by fx. flat feet, a strained high arch or a sunken arch. Many people experience that the arch of their feet sinks over time, caused by age or weight.
The insoles re-establish and support the arch. The arch will also provide a proper foundation and distribute the load evenly on the feet.
Pain in the ball of foot (metatarsal)
Metatarsalgia is a general name given to pain in the front part of your foot under the heads of your metatarsal bones. It is sometimes called the ball of your foot.
We add a metatarsal pad to the insole, that shall lift the part of the midfoot just behind the ball of the foot.
Pain in the heel
Pain in the heel caused by fx. an infection, a heel spur or a strained achilles tendon.
We can add extra cushion to the insole heel to comfort the area.
With each step you take every day, your foot flattens slightly as you shift your weight from heel to forefoot during your step. This is a natural motion and is called “pronation.” However, many people over-pronate, or over-flatten the arch of the foot during each step. This over-pronation can lead to a number of issues, such as arch pain, heel pain and imbalance.
The Over-pronation can be prevented by an arch support and a heel cup to keep the foot properly supported and aligned during any walking activities.
Supination is the “turning outward” of your foot at your ankle, which causes you to put your weight on the outside edge of your feet. As you can imagine, this can cause discomfort and pain in your ankles, knees, hips, and back.
The over-supination can be prevented by a heel cup on the insole, to stabilize your heel and prevent your ankle from rolling outwards. Also, you will need to have an arch support to provide the proper foundation for your foot.
