About the ZOLES insole and the technology
In order to get your insoles to work the most optimal way, they need to be designed to you. In that way the insoles will support you, when you walk, run and stand.
Your feet are unique and different from other feet. And so are your needs.
ZOLES insoles are made individually by your foot biomechanical measures and individually needs.
3D-scan
To design a ZOLES insole for you, we need a scan of your feet in one of our stores.
Our 3D scanners are made by the Biomechanical Institute in Valencia in Spain.
Our 3D scanners are unique because we get your exact measures from your joints, tendons and bones. After we have scanned your feet, we have data from 20 spots in your feet, which informs us about your joins, tendons and bones. These measures are used to make the right biodynamic insole to every foot.
Our software is unique
Our software is developed in Denmark by our own programmers and specialists within physiotherapy and biomechanics.
Information about your age, weight and possible diseases are included in the calculations of the insole strength and bounce.
Your needs of biomechanical foot correction and increased performance are included in the calculations of the insole elasticity.
3D print
We 3D scan your feet and 3D print your insoles. All our insoles are unique.
Our 3D scan is unique as it collects precise data from your joints, tendons and bones. These measures are used to make a correct biodynamic insole for your foot.
Designed for you
With the 3D print technique we can design your insoles individually to your feet correction and shoes.
We are also able to design your insole inside construction, giving you the optimal performance and comfort. The insoles are built with different densities, which makes the insole harder in important areas, such as arch support.
Furthermore we are able to make different elements in the insole softer and thicker, which will give you increased suspension and comfort.
